I am using the standard printpreview dialog and printdocument. I need to have my print preview look exactly like my actual printed page. I am assuming that there are some default settings (like the printer gutter and letter paper size) that print is getting from the printer that print preview is not, possibly. I have an extra inch or so on the right side and bottom of the "page" that print preview will print to but will be cut off in actual printing. You can divide your document into as many sections as you desire.
